Temenos Lifecycle Management Suite - Collection Product Guide
Audit - Case Screen

The Audit - Case screen displays all user-initiated changes to case fields that have been flagged for audit in the database, for the case in context.

For help configuring the fields that are to be flagged, contact a Temenos Customer Care Specialist via a Request case on the Collaboration Portal.

Each change is tracked within an audit table that displays the following information in columns:

Column Name Description
User Displays the name of the user who edited the account.
Date Displays the date the case modification was performed.
Type Displays the type of modification performed.
Description Displays a description of the modification.

Filter Audit History by Date

By default, the Audit - Case screen displays all changes made within the last 30 days; however, users are able to refine this table by modifying the date range.

Changing the Case in Context

In addition to refining the date range, users may select the case in context using the case drop-down list located in the Audit - Case tab.

When an encrypted custom field is updated in the Lifecycle Management Suite, the Audit screen masks the values. For example:

  • If the field was originally blank, the Audit screen displays Updated <custom field name> from [blank] to *****.
  • If the field previously had a value entered, the Audit screen displays Updated <custom field name> from **** to *****.
